ProjectBLUE Inc. has written these guidelines so that everyone who supports Puroburu Production can spend a good time with us with confidence.

They set out the basic rules for how we communicate with you on streams and at events. Keeping to them keeps the space better for talents and listeners alike.

As a rule, our talents and artists cannot reply to direct messages.

Please send enquiries to the Puroburu Production account by DM, or through the contact form.

We do not accept them on an ongoing basis. We will announce it separately at events where we can. We are also not able to accept gift certificates, gift codes and similar.

Please avoid abuse, trolling, provocation, spam and excessive posting. Please do not respond to trolls, and help us by reporting them.

Please also avoid naming other streamers, making comparisons, soliciting, or relaying messages between streams.

Unless the talent or artist asks for it, please avoid spoilers and heavy backseating.

Please keep long exchanges and private conversations to a minimum.

We will update these rules as needed. We may also act without notice on anything else we judge inappropriate; thank you for understanding.
